Overview

Registration is available online for both the Rochester Hospice Regatta, and the related Community Cruise and Clambake.

Registering online helps us get accurate registration information quickly, and registering early helps us a great deal with event planning. Please register as soon as you can.

Process

Click on Regatta Registration to register for the Hospice Regatta.
Click on Cruise Registration to register for the Community Cruise and Clambake.

In both cases, you will then need to fill out four tabs of information and then complete registration on tab 5 - Complete. If you enter any information incorrectly, or if you don't enter required information, you will be presented with a list of errors. Each error begins with the tab on which the error is found, followed by a colon, and then the error message. On the indicated tab, fields which are in error will be highlighted in red. Address the errors, then go to tab 5 - Complete and re-submit your registration.

Previous Registrants

If you have previously registered with myYC.org (for instance if you registered online for the Rochester Hospice Regatta last year, and filled out an email address, or if you have already registered for the Ultimate Marine Group J22 Worlds) please Sign In to myYC.org before registering, and your registration information will be mostly pre-filled.

If you have forgotten your password, use the Reset Password feature. Enter your email and click Submit. You will then be sent an email confirming your reset request, and once you confirm you will receive another email with your updated password.

PayPal

myYC.org uses PayPal to accept secure payment for the Hospice Regatta in a variety of forms. If you intend to pay by credit card, and your Owner information is the same as your credit card information, you can check the box on tab 2 - Owner Info which says, "Check here to send owner information to PayPal if paying via credit card and this owner information matches your credit card information." This information will then be passed to PayPal when you complete initial registration on myYC.org.

NOTE: After completing PayPal payment, you will see a button on PayPal's site which indicates that you must click that button to complete registration. It is important that you click this button to complete final registration at myYC.org (we will acknowledge your payment and send you your final registration information).
