Further I believe that my boat is well found for this race, and that its equipment is in good working order. I agree to comply with The Racing Rules of Sailing and the Sailing Instructions for this event. I agree to notify the SBLR Committee per Sailing Instructions should I withdraw from the race after starting. I understand that failure to do so will make me ineligible to participate in future Scotch Bonnet Light Races. Competitors participate in the regatta entirely at their own risk. See Rule 4, Decision to Race. The organizing authority will not accept any liability for material damage or personal injury or death sustained in conjunction with or prior to, during, or after the regatta.
